This role is central to ensuring the laboratory meets and exceeds the rigorous requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. You will be instrumental in strengthening our quality framework, driving improvements, and fostering a robust quality culture within the laboratory teams. What You'll Be Doing:

• Bridging the Gap: Proactively identify and address any discrepancies between our current practices and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. This will involve revising and enhancing existing procedures, as well as developing new, compliant procedures and forms;
• Ensuring Integrity: Meticulously review and rectify any quality or traceability gaps within laboratory protocols, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our data;
• Empowering Our Teams:Become a key trainer for our laboratory staff, sharing your expertise on the quality system, its principles, and relevant best practices;
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Organize and lead internal audits, meticulously documenting findings and working collaboratively to implement effective corrective actions.
