Job requirements

Professional with 4+ years’ experience in electronics production (SMD or related fields);
Strong in team leadership: you know how to motivate, coach, and organize people;
Structured, quality-focused, and comfortable in a high-tech environment;
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
