About this role

To expand our team of Millwrights at our location in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Millwright E&W. As an Millwright, you will work in a 2‑shift system at our production site in the Netherlands. You will be part of a team consisting of the Maintenance Coordinator, 8 technicians, and 2 trainee technicians. This team is led by the Maintenance & Capex Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery to ensure their proper and safe operation.

Who Are You?

A Millwright with a background in both electrical and mechanical systems.
Hands‑on experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
Committed to quality and precision in all your work, with strong attention to detail.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines within a project team.
Capable of identifying issues and finding effective solutions, both independently and in collaboration with others.

What Will You Do?

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our machinery, tools, and buildings.
Analyze and solve mechanical and/or electrical malfunctions independently on equipment and machines, possibly with the use of PLCs.
Identify and order technical parts and equipment internally.
Supervise external suppliers during the execution of their work.
Administer maintenance tasks and record daily malfunctions.
Conduct risk analyses and safety inspections.
Participate in project teams and contribute to efficiency improvements and solutions.
