Test & Repair Engineer Eindhoven

• You’ll join a multidisciplinary team at the core of the company’s technical operations.
• Your main responsibility is to conduct Root Cause Analyses on high-tech electronic and mechatronic products returned by customers or identified in production.
• For this you will collaborate closely with quality engineers, development teams, and manufacturing departments.
• You will also provide insights that help the quality team drive product improvements and resolve failure modes.
• Lastly you will take ownership of implementing containment measures for non-conforming products to ensure smoother production flow.

Job requirements

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical role, preferably involving analysis, testing or repair of electronic systems.
• You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
