Join our client's dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in optimizing their sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing the sales order fulfillment process within SAP, ensuring seamless processing and timely delivery. You'll be the key point of contact for customer communication and coordination with your sales colleagues, overseeing the delivery schedule to guarantee customer expectations are met.
Building and nurturing strong commercial relationships with the European clientele will be a core focus, working closely with the sales team to serve as a one-stop solution provider. Crafting accurate and timely quotations in response to customer requests will also be essential to meeting their needs promptly.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing order claims, ensuring swift resolution and monitoring the process closely. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain accurate data records, including customer information and pricing details, to uphold operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.


  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • You possess the following skills: communication, listening, multi-tasking, and eager to learn
  • You speak German on C2 level and fluently English
  • Pro-active attitude
  • 40 hours per week availability
  • SAP knowledge is a big plus
  • This position is office-based. This means you have to be in the office 5 days a week

Please note that this is a temporary position until the end of this year. We are looking for someone that can start ASAP.
