What exactly are you going to do

For our colleagues within Unique which manager childcare we are looking for. Are you an enthusiastic, spontaneous group leader with a great sense of responsibility? Do you like to put a smile on the face of all children? Then we are looking for you! For an international childcare organization we are looking for childcare practitioners.

How will your day look like? You will start the day by discussing the planning of the day with your colleagues. It is a sunny day today, so you go outside with the children. After preparing the sandwiches for lunch and the afternoon nap of the children, an afternoon with creative activities is on the program. The day flies by and before you realize, the first parents are already at the door to pick up their child. You tell the parents everything about the day and then it is time to wave the child goodbye. After all the children have been picked up, you say goodbye to your colleagues and you go home with a satisfied feeling.

What do we offer you

You will be employed directly by our client and you will be offered a salary in scale 6 of the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare, depending on work experience. In addition, there is also the opportunity to participate in various training programs.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position:

Do you have a stable and stress-resilient personality?
Are you in possession of qualifications to work with children in the Netherlands?
Having a certificate in Early Childhood Education and/or a first aid certificate is an advantage.
Do you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills?
