  • Deliver technical assistance to end-users through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Set up, arrange, and uphold operating systems and software applications.
  • Execute upgrades and replacements of hardware as required.
  • Resolve issues related to computer hardware and software concerning desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Guarantee adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Take charge of project planning and enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Devise and execute strategies to proactively manage infrastructure, encompassing the establishment of standardization plans, management plans, and technology renewal plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns, including server complications and laptop configuration, along with forthcoming IT issues.
  • Oversee and coordinate the utilization of mobile phones, laptops, and PC units within the ERAF region.
  • Assume responsibility for auditing internal and external licensing compliance, as well as the disaster recovery plan.
  • Identify and oversee vendor relationships for all Infrastructure components (network support, laptop configuration, office relocations, etc.) while ensuring high availability and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver training and assistance to end-users regarding various software applications.


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in IT-related education.
  • Possess more than 4 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Center infrastructure
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Data and Telecom, with a strong understanding of IT/IS operational functions.
  • Possess technical expertise in network management, Internet/Intranet/Extranet protocols.
  • Proficient in LAN/WAN configuration and well-versed in infrastructure best practices.
  • Possess technical knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Have experience with O365.
  • Exhibit knowledge of internet operating protocols and security.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
