Account Project Coordinator | German C1

Supply Chain / Logistics

In this role you are an important link between the company and the customers. You are responsible for developing and monitoring the supply-chain and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Some of your tasks will include:

  • Making sure your deliveries to customers are correct in number and type of orders
  • Ensuring that repeat business is running smoothly, on time and to a budget
  • Organizing workflow within the Supply Chain to meet customers' time frames, make sure to follow standard processes and that customers get the correct reply in time.
  • Contributing pro-actively to a joint result and make sure every relevant person is aligned
  • Managing the existing accounts from A to Z; monitoring it's progress, coordinating meetings and overseeing members of the project team, assuring that 'expert's talk to experts'
  • Leading times of orders and projects and ensure the timely fulfillment of milestones
  • Providing correct and clear financial information to the financial administration to ensure invoices are correct and on time (cost control)
  • Making sure that your order administration is well organized
  • Working very closely to the sales department to understand the market's needs, help sales on customers relationships and keep them informed on relevant issues, complaints and/ or escalations
  • Coordinating customers' complaints and ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution in coordination with the right departments
  • Executing quickly, reliable and complete the responsibilities: operational forecasting, trial management, complaint process, customer satisfaction, chain coordination, etc.

By effectively fulfilling these tasks, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving business success.


  • A C1 level of German and a C1 level of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages are a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or project management
  • Knowledge of relevant systems (Excel/SAP/ Microsoft)
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a customer-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 32-40 hours per week availability
  • Living in the area of Deurne. Our client does not provide sponsorship.

Salary Benefits:

Our client offers hybrid working after 3-6 months, 8% holiday allowance, 27 holidays + 5 atv days, and max 8% bonus.
