What exactly are you going to do

Do you have a passion for fashion and do you want to deliver a high level of customer service? Then this might be the job for you! As a Customer Service Employee you are responsible for:

• The first contact with (French and Dutch) clients and also the employees from the (French and Dutch) stores
• Creating the ideal customer experience
• Answering questions about delivery, returns and product specifics
• Turning complaints into a positive experience
• Accurate registration of data in different software programs
• Smooth cooperation internally with other departments

What do we offer you

We offer you a long-term employment with a salary between € 2300 and € 2700 based on 4o hours and previous experience. Your travel-costs will be compensated and the company provides a variety of interesting trainings. Last but not least you will receive 25 holidays per year, 8% holiday allowance and 20% shopping discount.

Job Requirements

In order to be considered for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Available for at least 32 hours per week (24 hours can be discussed)
• Excellent knowledge of the French and Dutch language
• At least HBO level education
• Experience in a customer related position would be a plus
• Pro-active problem solving skills
• Customer focus
• Looking for long term commitment to the job
• Independent team player
