For the needs of our trusted partner, an expert in logistics, courier and cargo services in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Property Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Prepare budgets based on offers and contracts
• Visit institutions and submit pre-prepared documents as per instructions
• Communicate project scope with contractors
• Monitor the progress and quality of completed work
• Coordinate with property owners and tenants to address their needs

Candidate Profile for Property Manager

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Good computer literacy with basic Excel knowledge
• Ready to be on the move and take action quickly
• Able to travel across Northern Bulgaria
• Hardworking and well-organised
• Skilled in time and task management
• Precise, fair and persistent with an expectation of high-quality results
