About this role

Our client is a leader in the sports betting, gaming, and entertainment industry. As part of their continued expansion, they have established a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Sofia.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Support Specialist, fluent in Turkish and with a good command of English, to become a valuable part of their growing customer experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment, support customers across multiple platforms, and help shape the quality of service in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Job Profile for Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone in Turkish and English
  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through open, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical issues such as browser compatibility, application functionality, and login problems
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update their account information in internal systems
  • Be flexible and available to work on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Candidate Profile for Client Support Specialist

  • Must be fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
  • High school diploma or higher education;
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities and needs
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
