Our client is a leader in the sports betting, gaming, and entertainment industry. As part of their continued expansion, they have established a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Sofia.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Support Specialist, fluent in Turkish and with a good command of English, to become a valuable part of their growing customer experience team. Job Profile for Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone in Turkish and English
Provide clear, accurate, and complete information regarding products, services, and company policies
Build trust and rapport with customers through open, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical issues such as browser compatibility, application functionality, and login problems
Maintain records of customer interactions and update their account information in internal systems
Be flexible and available to work on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Candidate Profile for Client Support Specialist

Must be fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
High school diploma or higher education;
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities and needs
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
