Inside Sales Expert fluent in German and English



As a Senior Inside Sales Expert you are responsible for all sales support. You are responsible to generate new leads and you make sure that you maintain relationships with your existing clients to maximize the turnover, volume and margin. You have the freedom to schedule appointments with new clients independently for your colleagues from account management team. Besides that you will be responsible for all sales quotations and orders. Are you creative? That is great, because one of you other responsibilities will be promotion of sales and you will research the market as well.

Some more of your tasks will be:

- You are responsible for advising, negotiating and adequate following up of your clients;
- You precisely handle administrational tasks;
- You are able to identify problems and act on them;- You will be working closely together with your colleagues within the sales department but you will also work together with different departments within the company;
- You find it challenging to achieve the set revenue;- You are responsible for the documentation of client personal details, and you are precise in document these details in the system.


You have a passion for Sales and you have a strong personality that can be described as decisive, optimistic, stress resistant and you have a good eye for detail. Besides that you are able to follow up procedures and you are a problem solver with great troubleshooting skills. Furthermore, you have an excellent command of German and English. If you are fluent in Dutch as well, it is a big plus and of course you have a talent to provide excellent service to your customers.
