Customer Service Representative | French / Spanish / German & Dutch (B2)

You will be part of an international team, dealing with international clients in banking. You will be responsible for: - Delivering excellent service on behalf of the client to the customer; - Answering all kinds of questions the customer may have; - Monitor the safety of the internal and external client and being aware of fraud; - Follow lined out escalation procedures; - Keep a clear and neat administration; - Work with the individual as well as team targets; - Be active in team meetings and address possible issues.


- You speak English fluently and at least B2 level Dutch;
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, and/or German;
- Great administration skills;
- Experience with working in a call center is a plus;
You have a valid working permit!
