Sales Representative DACH - German

Our client is looking a Sales Representative who speaks German at at first language and English at a business level.
Your main responsibility will be outbound cold calling and creating new business relationships to support the Account Executives.

  • You will report directly to the Account Executive
  • Share and schedule qualified appointments to the Account Executive
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities(businesses with 1 Billion turnover or more) through outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
  • Work closely in Salesforce where you will document all daily communication
  • Stay organized by managing your own emails,calendar, sales calls and other necessary tasks
  • You will communicate with potential clients and need to explain the company's product/service
  • Work closely with other departments which are based in other locations
  • You will develop an in depth understanding of the clients needs including their return on investment objectives


  • Speak German as a first language with business level of English(spoken and written)
  • You currently are based in Dusseldorf,Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
  • You have a basic understanding or interest in finance/fintech industry
  • 1-4 relevant sales experience
  • Strong organization skills is a must
  • You have a bachelors/masters degree
  • You have a commercial attitude
  • You are confident with making cold calls and speaking with people who you don't know
  • Client-centric and able to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written,oral,email,telephone,and presentation)
  • Able to generate ideas and solutions
  • Positive mindset and approach on researching and analyzing new business opportunities
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle competing demands and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work independently
  • Goal oriented,willing to learn and proactive

Salary Benefits:

  • Full time position Monday-Friday
  • Start date ASAP
  • Direct contract with the hiring company
  • Salary: between ϵ30,000- ϵ35,000 annual gross (inc. holiday allowance). This is based on experience and education
