  • Translating profile requirements into robust effective sourcing strategies, including specific operational roles;
  • Developing network of candidates and prospects through pro-active market research within passive candidates
  • Know your way around CAO's


  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Hands on and all round
  • Self starter
  • Full cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates;
  • Experience in finding passive candidates through creative means;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); Dutch and English
  • A proficient user of recruitment systems.

Salary Benefits:

  • 3 months + extension
  • Hourly rate: €70-€85
  • Start ASAP (13 October)
