As a Customer Excellent Representative you are making sure that our customers experience excellent service across all channels.

  • Processing of orders, warranty claims and service requests
  • Training and educating customers on how to use the new digital platform
  • Increasing our customer-centric service through digital transformation
  • B2B fulfillment management (web store), including inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, invoicing, and returns
  • Support account managers in maximizing business opportunities and achieving sales targets, cross & upselling
  • Support the digital marketing and sales team to optimize the omnichannel customer experience


Excellent written and oral German skills (C2-level) as well as good written English and/or Dutch skills, other languages plus
You have the motivation to learn new things, that is more important to us than work experience
You have strong communication and administrative skills
You work service and solution oriented
