Customer Service Representative | UK market

General Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with their dealers
- Technical knowledge and support of their product portfolio
- Provide excellent customer service
- Issue and follow-up on quotations
- Handle customer requests
- Coordinate the School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers)

Requirements:

Must have skills
- 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
- A C2 level of the English language and excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years working with the UK market in a customer service environment (preferable lived in the UK as well)
- Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
- Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
