Call for artists for Indie Craft Event & Exhibition

Till April 15, artists, crafters and authors are invited to submit their applications for the 2011 Indie Craft Event & Exhibition "AMS*DIYODS"
The event featuring handmade production will take place on July 2-3 in Amsterdam and its hosts, ABC Treehouse, are looking for any kind of handmade art and urban crafts, street-influenced fashion and similar things. "AMS*DIYODS" seeks to encourage thinning boundaries between disciplines and artist / crafter and encourage networking between artists already busy in one or more of these areas; more participation by "civilians in the art of crafting; and "further promotion of Amsterdam as a city with a lively urban arts / craft community," according to the organisers.
To participate, submit a filled application form and maximum three high resolution pictures of their works via e-mail at treehouse@abc.nl till 5pm on April 15. The chosen participants will be announced by April 29.
