In an impressive, desolate set, six male dancers try to delineate and share their space. ZOUT (Salt) evokes associations of male communities, with initiation rites, men and combat, while at the same time avoiding male clichés. It is about the way mankind is constantly reconstructing its surroundings.

To the live music of one of the best guitarists on the Dutch pop scene, the men draw the audience into a world in which they continually try to determine the rhythm of their togetherness. Zout is nominated for the Swan Best Dance Production Award.
