About the exhibition

The 1974 accidental discovery of more than 7.000 unique terracotta warriors became an archaeological treasure. Built to protect China’s first emperor, Qin Shi Huang (221-206 BC), in the afterlife,  the ancient figures give visitors a peak into Chinese culture and society more than 2.000 years ago.
