Enjoy contemporary harp music at the Concertgebouw
In "Tracing the Future", renowned harpist Lavinia Meijer will perform music from the 21st century by Philip Glass and Ludovico Einaudi, joined by the dancer Dane Badal.
In this innovative performance, witness a contemporary fusion of interlinking art forms. Directed by Kiki Jaski with lighting design by Desiree van Gelderen and video art by Jurjen Alkema, this is sure to break through most peoples' existing expectations of harp playing.
The Recital Hall is the location of choice for TRACKS concerts, where physical proximity to the performers is so minimal that you might even be able to hear them breathe and see them blink. This intimate hall is well-regarded among musicians thanks to its gorgeous acoustics and closeness to the audience.
