International Cider Festival Rotterdam

The International Cider Festival takes place each year at the Fenix Food Factory in the bustling Katendracht neighbourhood of Rotterdam, bringing both Dutch and international cider producers together for tasting sessions, workshops and more!

Taste high-quality cider from all over the world

This year’s festival takes place on June 2, 2019, from 12pm until 6pm. Meet cider brewers from France, Latvia, Belgium, Spain, England, Canada, Luxembourg, Australia, Ireland, the USA and the Netherlands! The International Cider Festival aims to show how the more artisanal variants of the drink are made.

With quality being the central theme of the festival, producers from far and wide will be present and ready to share how they give their product its distinct taste. In addition to meeting and greeting the producers, visitors are welcome to taste test the ciders on offer. Along with live music and workshops ranging from behind the scenes processing to ideal food pairings, the International Cider Festival will kick off with the Cider Dinner featuring cider combinations with other brands from the Fenix Food Factory! Some Dutch food can prove to be the perfect companion to high-quality cider.

Plan your trip to the International Cider Festival

It’s important to note that there is very limited parking at Fenix Food Factory, so driving is not recommended. Instead, visitors are advised to arrive by public transport. Cycling is also recommended. Perhaps you can combine your trip to the International Cider Festival with some sightseeing in Rotterdam!

There's no need to buy your tickets in advance - tickets are available at the festival. There is a payment system of using festival tokens, rather than paying for each glass of cider with cash or card.
