What to expect from the Amsterdam Rugby 7s 2022
As the saying goes, "never change a winning formula". The event will kick off this almost-50th edition of the world-famous rugby event welcoming around 70 top teams and thousands of fans. The 7s and 10s teams will battle for the title of this new season during the two days of the tournament.
Fans will experience spectacular matches throughout the entire sports park ground plan, including the national stadium where the finals will be held on Sunday. Picture all this, combined with visits to the mini-bars, shops and, of course, the bustling food and festival plaza! On the Sunday after the smashing finals, the closing party with DJs will be held, promising an unforgettable end to the season.
The current team registrations, consisting of 7s, 10s and vets teams, once again confirm the international character of the Amsterdam Rugby 7s. The tournament (and the party) is legendary for many, with almost 50 past editions to prove it!
