Guest Bartender Nights at Bluespoon Bar in Amsterdam

After the success of the event with Giorgio Bargiani as Bluespoon's special guest in November 2021, they are back with a new Guest Bartender session. Rémi Massai will be the Guest Bartender for a two-day guest shift on the nights of June 24-25 from 7pm to midnight.

During this party, action and entertainment will be brought to the table by professional bartender Rémi, who will be accompanied by the Bartending team, serving handcrafted delicious cocktails.

Get to know Rémi Massai

Rémi Massai or the "French and Stormy" is a bar chef and mixologist who has been operating in the world of catering and event spirits for over 10 years. He creates meticulously crafted, original and tasty cocktails. All of his cocktails are beautifully presented and well accessorised with fine and cute details, which perfectly match his style and uniqueness.

This strength has allowed him to position himself as one of the references in France (Rémi was one of the three finalists in the 2019 Bacardi Legacy Bartender Global Cocktail Competition France).

The three recipes he’ll make for this special occasion are as follows:

• Divine Idylle prepared with Citadelle Gin
• The French Daiquiri prepared with Rhum Plantation Dark
• Le Café Express prepared with Cognac Pierre Ferrand
