For the second year in a row, citizenMovement is embarking on a fundraising cycling challenge and anyone can participate. This year, the route goes from Paris to Rotterdam. The funds will be given to their charity partner, World Bicycle Relief, who will donate 2.500 bicycles to young students in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Bike from Paris to Rotterdam to test your pedal power while doing a good deed. It’s a personal test that pushes the limits of your endurance, a point of pride on your bucket list and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bike along with celebrity cyclists like:
No matter what reason you start, you’ll cross the finish line surrounded by new friends.
A bicycle makes a person more mobile, as anyone living in the Netherlands has experienced. For students in a rural community in a country like Zambia, having a bicycle can mean better school attendance, improved academic performance and a higher chance of staying in school.
Registration is open for the Paris to Rotterdam cycling challenge. Sign up and take on this once-in-a-lifetime bike event for a great cause.
If you can't make it, you can still donate on the citizenM website.
The citizenMovement Foundation is the charity of the globally-renowned citizenM Hotels. As mobile citizens, we travel the world and reach far-flung destinations easily. Mobility is readily available and that makes us lucky, but is a luxury some cannot afford. Thinking about these challenges inspired citizenM Hotels to establish the charity citizenMovement, to give the gift of mobility.
