I'm going abroad for at least 6 months, so I'm renting out my VERY nice apartment. It's fully furnished and has a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There's also a balcony and a storage unit. There's only one neighbor, who is also a friend of mine. It's nicely located in Utrecht, only 10 minutes by bike or bus to the city center, and 10 minutes to university campus.
