Sunny Apartment in a Fantastic Neighbourhood Dear potential renters, The apartment was built in 1911 but fully renovated in 2016, combining historic charm with modern comfort. It’s located on the 3rd floor, making it wonderfully bright. Whenever the sun is out, you can always find a sunny spot to relax on one of the two balconies. The neighbourhood is very quiet, yet offers all the conveniences of city life within walking distance — several supermarkets, restaurants, and a small shopping centre are nearby. We lived in the apartment for five years and loved the area so much that we decided to move to another place within the same neighbourhood. The apartment has a second bedroom, currently set up with a small bed suitable for a child up to three years old. We can remove this if you don’t need it.
