The room is big and has access to the balcony. I am a 23-year-old Master's student with a (very friendly, sociable and well-behaved) cat, looking for a young professional or fellow student to room. I am queer and trans and am looking for a roommate who is comfortable with that. The apartment came unfurnished, but I have furnished the shared areas myself. No couples, the apartment is approved for 2 sharers.
