Join a dynamic EMEA Supply Chain team and drive operational excellence for digital commerce. As a Digital Supply Chain Improvement Lead, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, champion change, and deliver premium service to digital consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and goal setting with clear metrics.
  • Drive process improvements across the digital supply chain.
  • Build business cases to support prioritization and capability development.
  • Lead experimentation and testing before scaling solutions.
  • Coordinate projects in Post-Purchase Communication, Address Validation, and Inventory Congruency.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on priorities and execution.
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain or Digital consumer functions.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with cascading down strategic guidance is a plus
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong prioritization and escalation skill set.
€3900-€4850 per month
