About this role
We are looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain to join a fast-paced international team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in managing product changes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating lifecycle activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep supply chain operations aligned, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute change control activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external partners
- Track and manage product lifecycle events such as new product introductions, discontinuations, and transfers
- Maintain and update Master Data (e.g., BOMs, materials) in alignment with change controls
- Monitor timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards
- Act as a point of contact for operational planning and change-related communication across departments
- Support Product Life Cycle Team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Life Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in a regulated (pharmaceutical or biotech) environment
- Understanding of change control, product lifecycle management, and master data processes
- Automation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech savvy able to work on multiple platform and willing to learn
Salary
€4400-€4700 per month
