About this role
We are looking for an Associate Clinical Supply Chain to support the setup of global supply chains for clinical trials. You will play a key role in ensuring GMP- and GDP-compliant processes, managing master data, coordinating study start-up activities, and supporting global teams to ensure timely clinical supply availability.

- Coordinate master data management in ERP (SAP), including label material requests, BOMs, WBS elements, and study design tables.
- Initiate and monitor the artwork creation process and manage related documentation.
- Create and maintain study-specific product specification files and depot plans.
- Support global setup leads in cross-functional supply chain tasks.
- Track metrics and contribute to workforce planning and reporting cycles.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, life sciences, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a regulated (GxP) environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and supply chain principles (e.g., BOM, planning).
- Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
- Only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit will be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Salary
€3700-€3900 per month
