We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Supply Chain professional to support reverse logistics and distribution operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure timely and compliant processing of returns and complaints, as well as daily oversight of serialized product tracking, contributing to operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate return logistics for finished pharmaceutical products across internal sites, CMOs, and logistics partners, including product recalls.
  • Log and resolve low-risk distribution complaints; maintain accurate records in line with compliance timelines and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor shipment tracking under the Global Distribution Hub and analyze alerts from the EU FMD system.
  • Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and SOX regulations and support audits as needed.
  • Perform root cause analysis and maintain a strong quality-focused mindset across all activities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated supply chain environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and issue handling in logistics operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluency in English required.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Due to time constraints, only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit will be considered.
€3700-€3900 per month
