About this role
We are looking for an Associate Supply Chain – Reverse Logistics and Operations Support to coordinate reverse logistics, manage distribution complaints, and ensure compliance with GDP and SOX requirements across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain supply integrity and drive continuous improvement within global distribution processes.

- Coordinate and monitor product returns, recalls, and reverse logistics activities across multiple sites and partners.
- Log, investigate, and follow up on low-risk distribution complaints, ensuring timely and compliant documentation.
- Support tracking and tracing of shipments and analysis of serialization alerts under the EU FMD framework.
- Prepare regular reports and KPIs related to complaints, alerts, and logistics performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent the team in stakeholder meetings and audits.
- Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, GDP, GMP, and SOX requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment, preferably in pharma or biotech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and handling logistics or distribution issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced international setting.
- Candidates must already be living in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit. Candidates without these will not be considered
Salary
€3700-€3900 per month
