We are seeking a Quality Specialist on a temporary basis to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a cross-functional Quality Management System (QMS) within a European headquarters environment. This role focuses on aligning and streamlining processes across regional functions and manufacturing sites, while promoting collaboration and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a streamlined document management system aligned with global standards;
Ensure cross-functional alignment of key end-to-end processes;
Develop and deliver training modules to promote process awareness and compliance;
Map key processes, define responsibilities, and foster cross-functional collaboration;
Write and maintain procedures, work instructions, and digital workflows;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and keep process documentation up to date;
Manage and maintain a centralized digital QA document library;
This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and requires strong communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively across functions.
Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for 6 months (maternity cover). The salary range for this full-time role is between €4,000 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. Please note, this position is not available for ZZP'ers.
