Showroom Project Coordinator - Temporary

Are you a structured and detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail and brand experience? We’re looking for a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom executions across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will coordinate seasonal showroom setups, translating global creative concepts into impactful in-store experiences. You will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics while working closely with creative teams and regional stakeholders.

Your responsibilities are to:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal showroom setups across EMEA, translating creative concepts into impactful brand experiences;
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, budgets, resources, and cost control;
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth showroom build, installation, and dismantling;
- Ensure strong brand consistency, visual presentation quality, and alignment with seasonal storytelling and commercial objectives;
- Monitor progress, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve showroom processes while traveling across Europe when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in showroom coordination, visual merchandising, or retail;
- Strong project management skills, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder management;
- Experience translating creative concepts into impactful showroom experiences;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with vendor and team coordination experience;
- Organized, adaptable, and willing to travel across Europe; design software knowledge is a plus.
