The Position

As BU Operations specialist (maternity leave cover) you will be supporting the product development team in their seasonal milestones in assortment building. You will be the operational support ensuring that styles are created on time both for EMEA and non-EMEA regions in PLM. You will follow up with regions on possible questions and ensure that the seasonal needs in the range are covered from style creation/ data administration point of view.

Additionally, you may contribute to other product-related operational tasks based on business needs. In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Buying Team, Business Unit Product Development Team, and non-EMEA regional buying teams to ensure efficient and aligned ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in seasonal style creation in PLM for FTW and ACC divisions;
  • Maintain the style data attributing accuracy in PLM;
  • Assist FTW/ACC Senior product developer with possible ad hoc requests;
  • Support in non-EMEA market communication for PD related topics on assortment;
  • Support with sample management and photoshoot sample requests.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in fashion ideally in product role;
  • Organized, structured and proactive approach to work;
  • Flexible team player mindset: willing to collaborate with different stakeholders and find best practices;
  • Good communication skills;
  • A bachelor/ master’s degree;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. PLM is a plus;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
