Are you a creative Membership Activations Specialist with a passion for loyalty, events and customer engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international fashion brand in Amsterdam, where you will develop exclusive member experiences, coordinate in-store and off-site activations, and work with regional teams to drive enrollment, engagement and measurable ROI. The Department and Team:

Within the brand's Marketing department, the team's role is to adapt the Global Marketing strategy to the EMEA context. They enhance consumer engagement in O&O stores and the website, drive awareness and sales across wholesale and pure players, build brand desirability, and accelerate the brand's integrated media ambitions, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and objectives. This team is a key pillar of the  department, collaborating closely with Hubs, eCommerce, Global Marketing, and Buying to drive EMEA marketing strategy, digital sales, brand alignment, and product messaging forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

The Position: 

As a Specialist Membership Activations, you will drive loyalty program acquisition and retention through experiential events and live brand activations. You will plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive member experiences—both in-store and off-site—that turn loyalty tiers into high-value communities and drive immediate customer enrollment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate member events, including VIP shopping nights, exclusive brand experiences, member raffles, and local pop-up activations;
  • Work in close collaboration with Retail Marketing team and regional hubs to co-develop relevant, engaging and ROI oriented member activations;
  • Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce and Content teams to develop highly relevant and engaging messaging strategies for the members;
  • Train and partner with regional store teams to ensure smooth operational execution of membership drives and launch events;
  • Manage the activation budget, coordinate inventory logistics for event assets, and coordinate event-exclusive gifting or perks;
  • Measure event success by tracking live enrollment spikes, post-event member spend, and event ROI;
  • Stay informed on best practices in CRM and membership marketing to evolve strategies and boost program effectiveness.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing or retail brand management;
  • Strong understanding of fashion retail, consumer behaviour and loyalty programmes;
  • Experience creating engaging, brand-aligned messaging and storytelling;
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use campaign data to improve performance;
  • Strong project management and organisational skills;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
