As a Social Media Manager, you’ll play a critical role in turning platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube into powerful engagement engines by owning:
Content Planning & Creation: Develop compelling, timely, and platform-native content that resonates with users and potential employees - whether they’re seeking inspiration in their career or looking for a team they can align with.
Performance Optimization: Analyze data, track competitor benchmarks, and continuously iterate to increase engagement and measurable impact.
Storytelling Strategy: Build relevant stories tailored to the pace of X and the professionalism of LinkedIn, helping bunq become a credible thought leader and trustworthy partner.
AI Integration: Use AI-powered tools to scale content efficiency while maintaining the human, personal touch that brings our audience closer to us.
Requirements
You understand content strategy and storytelling, with an ability to tailor narratives across personas like Eva (seeking insights and inspiration) and Adam (seeking alignment with company culture and innovation).
You possess deep expertise in written creativity (professional, impactful tone).
You have a sharp attention to detail, ensuring every post is polished and on point.
You’re familiar with analytics and performance tracking and leverage data to understand audience behavior, trends, and what’s working.
You communicate effectively in a global team, ensuring collaboration and clarity across all project stages.

＄ Gross monthly salary of €4,320 + 8% holiday allowance (paid out annually or monthly — your choice) (in Amsterdam)
