Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, you will lead your team through a period of transformation. You will oversee a diverse and highly knowledgeable team, consisting of senior experts as well as junior young professionals. In this role, you'll; Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of about 10 engineers balancing the needs and strengths of both highly experienced specialists and junior engineers Drive cultural and organizational change, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal procedures Promote a data-driven and fact based approach to quality performance and decisionmaking Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring quality is embedded across the organization Make sure your team is equipped, skilled, and motivated to meet the high standards we set for quality, safety, and innovation
