Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile execution in a complex, international setting. You will run core ceremonies, clear blockers, and align teams and stakeholders on outcomes while championing transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Guide a steady, focused, end-to-end flow of work across teams.

Lead Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach teams in Agile principles and practices to achieve strong business results.

Proactively identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.

Partner with stakeholders to synchronise goals, priorities, and dependencies.

Nurture a culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

Communicate progress, risks, and inter-dependencies with clear, consistent reporting.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an international context.

Deep knowledge of Agile methods, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Proven track record managing complex governance and inter-team dependencies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience with cross-functional, self-organising squads.

Strong problem-solving skills and an outcomes-focused mindset.

Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are advantageous.

Valid residence permit for the Netherlands; immediate starters preferred.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
