Digital Product Coordinator (Websites & CMS) - Temp
About this role
Digital Product Specialist – Coordinating a Global 213-Website Ecosystem
Are you a hands-on Digital Product Specialist or Operational PO who excels at managing web content, coordinating localized requests, and keeping a massive multi-brand platform running smoothly? For a leading global enterprise launching a brand-new corporate identity and unified web platform, we are seeking a Digital Product Specialist / Operations Lead.
In this role, you are the operational heart of a global ecosystem of 213 branded, non-selling websites across 45 countries. The heavy technical development and platform architecture are handled by other teams. Your focus is purely operational: managing local requests, coordinating weekly content updates within the Optimizely CMS, and aligning with local marketing teams and our external content configuration agency. If you are highly organized, communicative, and love driving daily digital operations, this is your next challenge!
As the Digital Product Specialist, your primary mission is to keep the global brand websites up-to-date, compliant, and operationally excellent.
- Local demand management: Act as the first point of contact for content and change requests coming in from 45 different countries. You structure, prioritize, and oversee the execution of these requests.
- Content management & publishing: Hands-on updating of product information, processing specific product content (such as sustainability data), and publishing content directly within the Optimizely CMS.
- Platform upkeep & compliance: Monitor the operational go-live of templates and components, ensuring that all 213 brand websites remain current, brand-compliant, and accessible.
- Stakeholder & vendor coordination: Collaborate intensively on a daily basis with local marketing teams (internal stakeholders) and the external content configuration team (e.g., based in Manila) to ensure weekly release and publishing workflows run flawlessly.
- Operational governance: Provide clear operational guidance, documentation, and platform rules to local market editors and external publishing partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital operations, webmaster, content coordination, or (operational) Product Owner role within a multi-market, international environment.
- Strong hands-on experience working inside Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) or a similar enterprise-level Content Management System.
- Execution-focused: You thrive in an operational role. You are organized, structured, and action-driven, rather than focused on deep technical development or coding.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong communication and coordination skills. You are comfortable aligning weekly workflows with international marketing teams and external content agencies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a absolute must for this global environment.
