Systems Business Analyst – Optimizing the CPQ & ERP Application Landscape

We are looking for a Senior Systems Business Analyst to take ownership of the business processes surrounding a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) application. In this role, you will be the lead architect of requirement gathering, analyzing business needs, and ensuring seamless data integration with the core ERP system. Requirements Engineering, CPQ Scoping & UAT

As a Systems Business Analyst, you will work independently with limited supervision to manage end-to-end analysis processes for software delivery.

Requirements Gathering: Conduct deep-dive workshops to extract business needs, write comprehensive user stories, and define the scope and technical objectives for the CPQ application.
Specification & Validation: Document highly detailed functional/system specifications and validate these requirements closely with business stakeholders.
Technical Translation: Act as the direct link to the development team, translating high-level business stakeholder needs into clear, actionable system requirements and technical criteria.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate, structure, and oversee user testing efforts to ensure final software deliveries match business expectations.
Process & Project Management: Autonomously drive project workflows, manage deadlines, and ensure the CPQ configuration matches broader enterprise business processes.

Requirements

A proven track record as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst specifically within software implementation or integration projects.
Strong familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions and their interfaces with enterprise backend systems (ERP) are a big plus.
Expert-level skill in requirement fetching, scoping, and translating business logic into technical user stories for developers.
A self-starting professional who can manage complex workflows and processes independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English (mandatory); excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to bridge the gap between business and IT.

Salary

6000 - 7000

A challenging fulltime assignment, starting asap, initially for 3 months with a possible 3 month extension. Though most of the work can be done remotely, workshops may require you to travel to office locations. Zzp is not possible for this assignment, you will work via a flex-contract with Independent Recruiters.
