To be successful in this role there are a couple of mandatory elements. You must be customer oriented, stress resistant and good at problem solving. You will be communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner. Hence, it would be great if you have a background in the veterinarian industry or technical sector. We require someone with (near native) English and Russian language skills. As there is a lot to learn in this position, being a quick learner is a plus. Are you empathetic towards customers? Do you have good interpersonal skills?
