You will work four days a week in practice and attend school one day a week. During this work-based learning program, you will learn how to fix malfunctions, lay cables, and perform measurements. You will work under the supervision of experienced electricians and learn safe work practices, customer-focused service, and teamwork in the field. You will be trained to become a fully qualified electrician, with the aim of securing a permanent position within our team.
The work is largely routine in nature and carried out according to fixed procedures, which makes the learning process structured and clear.
