About this role

In this role, you'll be a key link between the company and its customers and partners. You’ll handle a variety of customer care tasks, ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the complete order process: quotes, entry, confirmation, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Responding to customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email.
  • Supporting inventory coordination by monitoring stock levels and reorders.
  • Maintaining accurate records, both digitally and physically.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as logistics and sales to ensure service continuity.
  • Updating pricing and product details in internal systems.

Requirements

  • MBO+ level education or similar experience.
  • Background in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Accurate, efficient, and comfortable working under pressure.

Salary

€3000-€4000 per month
