Sr Payroll Analyst | Temp

Contract Length: 3-6 months

This is an exciting contract opportunity for 3 to 6 months with a multinational company operating across over 100 countries. The organization is known for its dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and compliance in its global operations.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Payroll Analyst to support the company's international payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong vendor management skills, payroll process knowledge, and experience working across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processes, including data input and validation.
• Review and check Kronos timecards and ensure accuracy of payroll-related information.
• Oversee bonus sheets, payroll payments, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX) and company policies.
• Support payroll audits and provide required documentation.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to payroll processes and provider operations.
• Optimize integration between HR and Finance systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Payroll Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll operations, ideally in an international/EMEA setting.
• Knowledge of European labor law and international payroll administration.
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with CloudPay and Kronos is a plus.
