Business Sales Manager (Germany) | German C2

In this role you will manage an effective and efficient sales organization that best serves the interests of the company and its clients, in order to consolidate and optimize the company’s image within Germany.
The right candidate must be able to:
· Achieve established targets within Germany. These targets and strategic objectives are determined after consulting the General Manager.
· Be capable of converting strategic policy into policy that can be put into practice, with the personnel available, and realize objectives.
· Identify market and turnover opportunities and competition trends, record this information and respond appropriately.
· Elaborate upon strategic ideas/plans on an operational-tactical level.
· Provide day-to-day supervision to the Sales Department Germany, you will be responsible for optimum deployment of employees and resources.
· Be capable of structurally communicating own theoretical knowledge within the team/with customers, tailored to the objective and/or person.
· Coordinate between dealer/customer and the company regarding sales, logistics, after-sales and service, and ensure adequate handling of complaints.

You will be responsible:
· for an adequate consultation structure in relation to the Sales Department German, for optimum service for the company’s customers/dealers
· ensuring that their questions and desires are dealt with efficiently and meticulously
· for compliance with relevant security guidelines, rules and regulations, in relation to persons and within the department's team.


· Good command of German and English (C1/C2 level)
· Higher professional education (e.g. Higher Laboratory Life Science) as well as training in management and marketing & sales.
· Relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a management position.
· Skills in teaching and communication, capable of discussing at all levels.
· Skilled in using software packages: such as CRM and MS Office
· Category B driving license and prepared to travel
