who are you

As a successful candidate for the Logistics Specialist English role:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Economics or Supply Chain Management
• You have 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Be familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage

what will you do

As Logistics Specialist English, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks. You’ll contribute to:

• Planning and optimizing transport orders to meet delivery KPI:s
• Sending delivery notes and releasing tenders to logistics service providers
• Ensuring timely truck arrivals and efficient loading based on scheduled time slots
• Monitoring cargo transportation, addressing any security or quality issues that arise
• Coordinating and meeting customer delivery requirements and managing changes
