who are you

We're looking for a passionate financial associate who is ready to take on new challenges. You should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Here's what we're looking for:

• Proven experience in financial management within business companies
• Deep understanding of financial statement management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• English is mandatory, Dutch or Chinese would be preferred

what will you do

As a Financial associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, including cash collection and partner incentive programs. You will also spearhead customer credit control, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support the company's customer selection process.

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including cash collection and partner incentive programs
• Assess customer credit risk and establish credit limits
• Conduct thorough customer due diligence and financial analysis
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations
