About this role

Are you a service-minded professional interested in technology, looking for a role that combines customer contact with hands-on operational work? We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator on behalf of our client, an international electronics company.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from B2C and B2B clients, via phone and email
  • Provide accurate product information and general technical guidance across the product portfolio, escalating complex technical issues to the dedicated technical team
  • Handle inbound service and support requests, logging, assigning and tracking each case through to resolution
  • Build up product knowledge proactively, staying current on new releases and common support scenarios
  • Maintain a consistent, professional standard of communication across all client interactions

Web Shop Administration

  • Support day to day management of the in-house web shop, including stock tracking and order fulfilment for spare parts and related product lines
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies or stock concerns to the relevant internal contacts
  • Process client orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse contacts as needed

Account and Client Management Support

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients, supporting continuity of service across their interactions with the company
  • Coordinate internally with sales and operations colleagues to ensure client needs are addressed without delays

Qualifications & Skills

  • Near native Dutch and professional fluency in English
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or client-facing role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open cases at once without losing track
  • Clear, professional communication in both written and spoken form, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
  • Solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with online order management, web shop administration or warehouse-adjacent logistics is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field is a plus
  • Background in technology, electronics or hardware distribution is a plus
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C clients is a plus

What We Offer

  • Salary of €2,917 to €3,167 gross per month, excluding 8% holiday allowance
  • Annual bonus target of 10% of base salary, based on company and individual performance
  • 25 vacation days per year
  • Transportation reimbursement for commutes over 10 km from the office
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
  • International, collegial team environment
  • 1-year contract directly with our client, with the possibility of extension based on performance
